Great Jump Labs is a in start-up phase. The company was founded by Chuck Wythe who had become enamored with the possibilities of crowdfunding. By the time the jobs act was signed and they started working on regulatory measures to open the door for crowdfunded equity offerings, Chuck's head was reeling. He started calling the super-talents he had worked with on previous government projects and making passionate evangelist style arguments about how something could be spun up and concentrate solely on goodness while not being a charity or managing to get entangled in government funding programs."You have to be part of this or you will never forgive yourself!". Finally some of them relented and Great Jump Labs was born.

Great Jump Labs will concentrate on development and delivery of goodness. To qualify for goodness, it must meet the following criteria.
1. Must be a real thing
2. Must fall within the values of the Great Jump Labs ethos
3. Must be defensible on the design table and in the green ledger. It has to make money folks. People gotta eat.
4. Must be crowdfundable with some reasonable likelihood of being funded
